The New You Plan Reviews

Have been following this plan for just over a week now and it's going really well. I did struggle the first couple of days but my motivation to get good results saw me through and now my appetite has adjusted I'm feeling good - I find I'm not overly hungry with more energy than I've had in years.
In terms of the meals - super speedy delivery which is great given I'm not the most organised. The snacks (crisps) are all tasty and surprisingly filling. The shakes are really lovely and not too sweet which I had found with another food replacement plan, as are the bars. Most of the 'meals' are tasty, although there are a few that I've not enjoyed, but I'm not following this plan for its culinary excellence.
The Facebook support group helps keep my motivation levels high through the week, and the live sessions are enjoyable and thought provoking.
The one frustration I've experienced is that some of the materials on the customer hub seem to be out of date, providing contradictory guidance. That said, a quick post in the support group irons out any niggles/uncertainties.

Information on the website is great and very informative, putting together my order was so easy, cheap compared to other diets of this kind and delivery was fast. I was kept up to date on everything. The products are delicious and filling with everything my body needs to stay healthy while losing weight. It’s brilliant! I would highly recommend.

Great plan. 2months in and 13kg down . Easy to follow . Easy to order.

An easy to manoeuvre website with clear instructions and helpful nutritional information. Ordering products and checking out was a quick process. Lots of communication afterwards electronically regarding delivery and support services offered. Looking forward to seeing if my weight loss journey is as efficient as the process so far. Fingers crossed ????

Packs & snacks came the next day with all the information to begin the plan. The Facebook site is really helpful and has loads of people ready to advise if you get stuck. Would heartily recommend over similar plans out there. Customer service is great too!

Great for getting results, just wish that all the foods were available when I placed my order, although I fully understand that they can sell out.

My second order and I have to say, I can’t fault the speed and safe packaging from this company (unlike other ones I have used) . I only normally buy the shakes but I have ordered a couple of other items to try as the prices are good. My only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 is the limited flavours and the fact they are a little more watery than other brands. Having said that, they are well priced and provide excellent support, a really good free booklet and a members only Facebook page as part of your pack. Keep up the good work- I will be back for more!!

Not happy delivery arrived day late don’t like the plan packaging and having to look for how to cook in booklet easier with instructions on packaging.
